Medusa, Gorgon and Karnak are searching the city of San Francisco for the missing Black Bolt when they are attacked by a band of mutants. They learn from the group's telepath that Black Bolt has been captured by Magneto who wants the Inhuman leader to join his mutant army. They force Mooneye to take them to Magneto's underground lair only to find Black Bolt completely restrained. Magneto captures them all.
