Issue #100 of All Star Western arrives in style with a cover by Carmine Infantino and Joe Giella that puts the Trigger Twins front and center — both blond-haired gunslingers clinging to a massive rolling log while bullets spark around them, pistols drawn and trouble closing in fast. Reaching the milestone hundredth issue, DC sweetened the deal with a double-length adventure, "Sheriff for Hire!", written by Robert Kanigher. It's a fine showcase for one of 1958's most entertaining Western duos, and that dramatic cover makes a convincing case for picking it up.
