Batman and Green Lantern meet but Batman had Robin paint everything yellow so Green Lantern's ring can't operate on any of it. Green Lantern accuses Batman of kidnapping Dick Grayson and making him into Robin. Batman notes that Grayson was just found the day before. Green Lantern starts to leave, but then is told his ring is missing and Robin has it. Green Lantern tries to retrieve it, but Robin crushes his windpipe. Batman performs an emergency tracheotomy and realizes he has rushed things with Robin. Batman decides to rectify that, takes him to a graveyard, and tells him to find his parents.
