The whole crew is back and launching hard into 2017 with this fresh #1 from writer Gerry Duggan and artist Aaron Kuder. The cover captures the team in full flight — Star-Lord front and center with guns drawn, Drax and Gamora arcing above him with blade and staff ready, while Rocket (astride what appears to be a rocket itself) and a tiny Groot charge through a burst of fire and explosion below. Kuder's energetic linework and Ive Svorcina's vivid colors give the whole ensemble a kinetic, anything-goes spirit that makes "The Next Great Galactic Adventure Starts Here!" feel completely earned.
