The penultimate chapter of Brian Wood's tense science-fiction series arrives with a haunting cover by Stephanie Hans — a masked woman stares out from a cool teal haze, surrounded by dozens of floating orbs, each one containing what appears to be a coiled xenomorph embryo or specimen, drifting like deadly pearls through the void.
