Alien vs. Predator: Life and Death #3

The cover by David Palumbo says it all — a short-haired human soldier grips her weapon while a Predator fires a blazing plasma blast beside her, and multiple Xenomorphs loom and press in from every angle against a jungle backdrop. That tagline, "Blood, Acid, and Tears," feels entirely earned given the chaos Palumbo has packed into a single image. Dan Abnett's script, brought to life by Brian Albert Thies and colorist Rain Beredo, lands at part fifteen of seventeen in the sprawling Life and Death crossover, so the tension here is running very high indeed.
