This issue contains two main stories. "Airboy Meets the Living Fuse" features the title hero confronting a radio-active villain who controls a submarine called the S.S. Atomic. "The Man Without Notches" follows Dan Frame, a former rough character from the West who returns to his hometown in the 1950s to become sheriff, only to face challenges proving his worthiness for the position. The issue also includes advertisements and promotional content for other Hillman Publications.
