Volume 29 of the beloved Belgian comedy series finds our hapless officer in typically chaotic form — the cover, by Daniel Kox with script by Raoul Cauvin, shows Agent 212 clinging to a wobbling ladder near a rooftop while an outraged cat scratches and swipes at his face, stars flying in every direction. Titled Een neus voor gevaar ("A Nose for Danger"), the image perfectly captures the slapstick spirit that has made this Dupuis series a long-running fan favorite. If you enjoy good-natured physical comedy with a bumbling cop at the center of every catastrophe, this 2016 album is a fine place to be.
