Age of Ultron vs. Marvel Zombies #4

Part of Marvel's 2015 Secret Wars Battleworld event, this penultimate issue puts the apocalyptic clash front and center — a small band of heroes, including a fiery Human Torch blazing overhead and a woman unleashing a brilliant energy blast, fights desperately through a gauntlet of encroaching Ultron sentinels on one side and shambling Marvel Zombies on the other. Leonard Kirk's cover composition captures the overwhelming scale of the two-front threat beautifully, with the survivors practically bursting off the page as both mechanical and undead hordes close in from every direction. It's a tense, visually rich chapter in one of Battleworld's most viscerally exciting matchups.
