Adventures into Weird Worlds #19

Bill Everett's cover depicts a horrified woman recoiling from a headless suit of animated armor advancing toward her in a darkened chamber, a skull resting ominously on the stone floor nearby — and the punning tagline "It Happened One Knight!" makes the whole thing wonderfully eerie. Three teasers along the left edge preview the interior tales — "The Shriek of Araby!," "The Doomed!," and "The Exterminator!" — promising a full slate of strange, atmospheric stories including John Forte's own work within.
