Adventure Time #42

Finn and Jake are taking it easy in a gorgeous, flower-dotted meadow stream — with a tiny BMO perched nearby — and the serene, lush cover art by Vivian Ng makes this 2015 KaBOOM! issue feel like a breath of fresh air. With a story titled "Sir BMO," the little robot clearly has something special going on inside, and the creative team of Christopher Hastings, Philip Murphy, and collaborators looks well-suited to deliver something charming. It's a lovely, unhurried snapshot of the Land of Ooo that will appeal to fans of all ages.
