This 2006 collected edition from Panini Brasil brings together the complete four-issue miniseries 'Adam Strange: Mistério no Espaço,' originally published in English as 'Adam Strange: Planet Heist.' The story follows the adventures of archaeologist Adam Strange, who is mysteriously transported to the alien world of Rann and becomes its champion, facing cosmic threats and navigating his dual existence between Earth and the stars. Written by Dave Gibbons with art by Carlos Pacheco, this volume collects issues #1–4 of the 2004–2005 DC Comics series.
Adam Strange: Mistério no Espaço #1 (2006) features Adam Strange and a mysterious presence on the alien planet Rann, as the story begins its first chapter. The issue is written by Andy Diggle and FD, with art by Pasqual Ferry, who also handled the inks, and coloring by Dave McCaig. The cover, also by Pasqual Ferry, presents the duo in a tense, otherworldly setting.
In "Mistério no Espaço [Parte 1]," Adam Strange finds himself trapped on Earth, presumed dead after the destruction of Rann, only to be arrested when his apartment building explodes under suspicious circumstances. With no memory of what happened and no way to prove his innocence, he must unravel the truth before the conspiracy closes in.
