The Super Trooper training program has been whittled down to the last two trainees, and Action Force are given the task to put them through their final training. During an airborne session, they are attacked by a squadron of Cobra Rattlers. With their plane hit and going down towards a town, Glenn ejects Joe to safety, while he steers the plane away from the town and towards his death. Joe then becomes the sole Super Trooper.
