Action Force are called in after a Crimson Guard robs a bank and holds the bank staff hostages. The Crimson Guard's brother offers to talk him out, and succeeds in getting him to release the hostages and give himself up. After giving himself up, the Crimson Guard is shot dead by a sniper, supposedly by one of the Action Force team, but in reality by Cobra, and the Guard's brother blames Action Force.
