In "Yö on ninjojen," Scarlett plays a careful game of deception during a secret training session at the Dojo, her feigned jealousy masking a deeper undercover mission for Hawk. Meanwhile, Cobra Commander enlists the Night Creeper ninjas for a dual-purpose scheme—one involving the kidnapping of Dr. Biggles-Jones and another sending the Creepers toward Storm Shadow’s old New York hideout, sparking concern among Ninja Force as Snake-Eyes takes notice. Written by Larry Hama and illustrated by Andrew Wildman with inks by Stephen Baskerville and colors by Bob Sharen, this 1993 issue features cover art by Andrew Wildman.

Scarlett feints being jealous of Snake-Eyes and Ninja Force, while the team is at a secret Dojo training, as she goes undercover for Hawk on a yet-unspecified mission. Meanwhile, Cobra Commander has the Night Creeper ninjas doing some work for him for a new plan he has in mind, one mission which involves kidnapping Dr. Biggles-Jones, and using her research for Cobra. Another mission apparently has the Creepers heading towards Storm Shadow's old hideout in New York, and Ninja Force wants to know why as Snakes sees them there.
