In "Affair of the Bouncing Chair!", Ray Palmer investigates a bizarre phenomenon when a chair begins to dance under fluorescent light, prompting his assistant Jo to join him in uncovering the truth. As the mystery deepens, the Atom discovers a tiny, termites-like creature whose growth is triggered by the light—and must find a way to help it return to its native sub-atomic realm before things spiral out of control.
