After encountering what they believe to be a wild Native American and getting chased, the duo is rescued and taken to a hospital, where Costello accidentally blackens his tongue with licorice. A woman mistakes his condition for a serious illness and frantically insists he needs immediate medical attention. Later, Abbott and Costello go fishing without a license, leading to a confrontation with a game warden who fines them fifty dollars for the violation.
