Abbie an' Slats #3

The issue features a story about Abbie and Slats encountering a mysterious girl named Becky at the beach. A secondary storyline follows Abbie and Slats at an orphan asylum called Crabtree Corners, where Mr. Grosgins implements strict discipline measures including having children take hot steam baths as punishment, eventually resulting in the children staging a strike to protest the harsh treatment.
