This tenth installment of DC Vertigo's 2020 Visions opens the three-part "Repro-Man" arc, written by Jamie Delano with art by Steve Pugh. Stephen John Phillips's cover is a striking photo-realistic composition dominated by a young woman's face rendered in warm amber tones, with a second figure — a pale, androgynous-looking person — standing smaller in the background amid swirling haze and barbed wire. The overall mood is intimate yet unsettling, perfectly in keeping with the series' mature, near-future sensibility.
