Prog 921 kicks off 1995 with a bold declaration right on the masthead — "Welcome to 1995: The Year of Living Dredd!" — and the cover delivers on that promise with a gloriously exaggerated caricature of Judge Dredd, badge gleaming, hefting an enormous gun amid scattered shell casings and broken chains. Cover artist Cliff Robinson leans into a deliberately distorted, larger-than-life style that gives Dredd a rubbery, almost grotesque intensity without ever losing the character's unmistakable authority.
