This October 1994 prog puts Judge Dredd front and center in a cover by Jason Brashill that practically bristles with barely contained aggression — the helmeted lawman strains against heavy chains while a menacing reptilian figure looms at his side, the tagline "Packed, Peeved, and Coming Through" doing little to oversell what the image already delivers.
