2000 AD #838

Prog 838 of 2000 AD (June 1993) puts Armoured Gideon front and centre — a massive, brooding mechanical creature bristling with rivets and sharp angular plating, its goggle-like eyes glaring out while blue robotic arms extend menacingly from its bulk. The cover tagline "It's a Right Riveting Read!" leans cheerfully into the industrial mayhem on display, all rendered in Simon Jacob's detailed pencils and inks. Inside, Garth Ennis and Dermot Power serve up Part 2 of "Muzak Killer: Live!" — plenty of reason to pick this one up.
