Mick Austin's cover art sells the promise of "High-Land Fling: Rampaging Scotsman in the Big Meg" with real kinetic energy, setting the stage for Part 2 of "The Chieftain," written by Garth Ennis. It's a wonderfully absurd and action-packed premise that feels right at home in Mega-City One.
