Judge Dredd looms large on this striking 1991 cover by Simon Bisley, rendered in vivid purples and reds as he grips a struggling figure while a masked combatant lurks at the lower left — all against a backdrop of chaotic graffiti that gives the whole composition a raw, urban energy. The bold header "Dredd the Future?" sets an appropriately provocative tone for Prog 714, which features the fourth installment of "Death Aid" with interior art and writing from C.
