Prog 683 of 2000 AD hits newsstands in June 1990 with a cover by Steve Dillon that puts the Harlem Heroes front and center — a grimacing, wire-tangled fighter bearing the double-H emblem strains against what looks like a brutal technological trap, while shadowy figures loom ominously in the background.
