This February 1990 prog of 2000 AD closes out the Chopper "Supersurf 11" saga with a cover by Colin MacNeil that puts the wild-haired, intense-eyed Chopper front and center — his flame-red locks whipping in the wind, his expression somewhere between defiance and exhaustion, with a distant futuristic cityscape looming behind him. The tag "Supersurf 11 — The End" promises a finale to the story running inside, written by John Wagner with art, inks, and colors all handled by MacNeil. A tightly crafted prog that wears its dramatic conclusion right on its sleeve.
