This February 1984 prog puts Slaine front and center — quite literally, as the cover by Cam Kennedy depicts a gaunt, wild-haired creature (identified by the cover text as Slough Trot) with arms outstretched, apparently summoning a flock of dark birds from the skies above a crumbling stone wall. Below, the barbarian hero Slaine himself looks on, chained and wary, alongside a companion. It's a wonderfully eerie image that captures the Celtic horror atmosphere Pat Mills and Mike McMahon bring to "Sky Chariots, Part 4" inside.
