2000 AD #2483

Prog 2483 of 2000 AD heralds the start of a brand-new mega-epic, "The Oubliette Part One," with cover art by Cliff Robinson that sets a striking, ominous tone: a heavily armored figure crouches low in a spotlight within what looks like a stark stone cell, pinned down or perhaps catching their breath in a moment of grim tension. Writer Mike Carroll teams with artist and colorist Joe Currie (lettered by Simon Bowland) for what promises to be a circuit-shattering ride through the 2000 AD universe. If you've been waiting for a great jumping-on point, this prog is making a very compelling case.
