Prog 1989 of 2000 AD arrives with a striking cover by INJ Culbard that plunges a young woman helplessly downward through a tangle of pipes and machinery, a sea of reaching hands closing in from every direction — the tagline "Descent Into Chaos: On the Brink, the Only Way Is Down…" capturing the dread perfectly. Inside, Michael Carroll continues "Reclamation Part Four," brought to life by artist and inker Colin MacNeil, colorist Len O'Grady, and letterer Annie Parkhouse. It's a fine 2016 package from Rebellion that blends genuinely unsettling cover art with the anthology's reliably sharp creative talent.
