Prog 1983 of Britain's beloved weekly anthology announces "Black Shuck Is Back" with a cover by Glenn Fabry and Adam Brown that more than delivers on the promise — a hulking, wolf-like beast dominates the image, clutching a blood-streaked axe while battered figures lay strewn across the ground behind it. The creature's red eyes and bared fangs radiate barely contained savagery, making this one of the more viscerally striking covers 2000 AD offered in 2016.
