2000 AD Prog 1610 leans into pure absurdist fun with a cover by Cliff Robinson that poses the pointed question — "It's Dredd?" — as a flamboyantly dressed fashion personality named Fabian D'Amour gleefully presents what appears to be a very confused, very unhelmeted lawman in full Mega-City One regalia.
