Prog 1510 of 2000 AD arrives in October 2006 with a cover by John Higgins that sets an unmistakably epic tone: Judge Dredd strides forward armed and armored against a teal-hued dystopian skyline, while hulking mutant creatures lurk at his flank and a legion of dark, faceless figures press in behind him, the horizon lit by distant explosions and searchlight beams. The tagline "Birth of a Nation — The Day of Judgement Arrives in Origins" promises that the ongoing Origins arc is hitting a serious turning point.
