Jean Acker recently divorced the sleek-haired Shiek. Officials say the marriage is bigamous. Now there’ll be help-popping. * * * ALTHOUGH completely surrounded by beauty on the Universal lot, the star, Hoot Gibson, did not “fall” until Pat Rooney’s act hit the Los Angeles Orpheum a few weeks ago.
