A little more every month they are ministered to just now, both in the periodicals and by books. The Itlantic Monthly had not fed them much of anything until the current August number, but that has an interesting story by Dr. L. P. Jacks, Oxford professor and editor of the Hibbert Journal, about experiences of his own incurred in making personal investigations. The Hibbert Journal. a quarterly devoted to theology, philosophy, religion, psy- chology and such matters, has been hospitable to reports and discussions of psychical phenomena since there were any that were worth talking about. Dr. Jacks, its present editor, is also at present the president of the Psychical Research Society in England.
