These articles will deal broadly with the social and industrial problems of the miner and the farmer. Mr. Roosevelt is recognized by both his friends and his opponents as the most interesting person- ality of his generation, and the fact that he is actively associated with The Outlook zs a member of its editorial staff gives that periodi- cal special and unique distinction.
