Mr. Caine will study D'An- nunzio and Mr. D'Annunzio will study Caine, Itis expected that the results, when published, will make a volume of an inten- sity uf gloom not to be surpassed by “Tho Christian,” “Tho Triumph of Death,” or London Punch. . . ° WING to the death of his favor- ite chameloon, Mr. Stephen Crane will not write any romances of color this season, but will visit Greece with a search party to discover the exact status of the Turkish war, if pos- sible.
