OCTOBER 23, 1926 THE NEW ART Developed by the Tabloid Newspapers ‘The old saying that “Murder will out” has been proven conclusively by the picture newspapers, and a new form of photographic art—namely, the picturization of the actual scene of the crime, posed by paid models— has begun to spread itself throughout the country.
