This caused me to immediately lose almost all the slumber I’d carefully put by for an all night party, but don’t let that interfere with any plans you might have had for asking me to one. The pictures were enjoyed as follows: “Siegfried,” “The Merry Widow,” “The Phan- tom of the Opera” and “The Wanderer.” The new theater houses the second named pro- duction, is personally managed by Miss Gloria Gould, of New York and the mint, and was not enjoyed very much. The night was too’ warm. And the tiny little auditorium looks exactly like a merry-go-round, if anything, with all its gold, red and topaz trimmings, its mural decorations, circular lights and gilded statuary. Taking them in the above order, “Siegfried” at the Cen- tury, comes first.
