This issue of World-Wide Adventure contains three complete stories. "Galleons for Panama" follows English buccaneer John Woodring during Henry Morgan's 1671 campaign against Spanish territories. Woodring initially supports Morgan's raids against Panama but grows conflicted when Morgan employs ruthless tactics; complications arise involving a woman whose husband's identity remains central to the plot. A climactic duel between Woodring and Morgan unfolds aboard ship before the revelation of the woman's marriage.

"Phantom Pilot" by Will McMorrow is an aviation mystery. Mechanic Kilroe investigates sabotage at an airfield where aircraft malfunction mysteriously. He discovers fingerprints on fabric from a sabotaged plane's cockpit, initiates an investigation into pilot Jessup, and uncovers that concessionaire Shaw has been tampering with planes' engines to frame Jessup.

"The Norther Tells Blood" by Clee Woods is a cattle-drive Western. Brothers Billy and Ed Grayson dispute taking their herd to Wyoming versus Arizona. When Billy discovers Ed is raiding neighboring herds, a gunfight erupts. Billy defeats Ed's men, but an approaching norther storm becomes the story's climactic threat.

"Spider Gold" by James Francis Dwyer involves Dutch naturalist Jan Kromhout observing spider migrations in the jungle, allegedly connected to native treasure legends.
