This pulp monthly contains eight complete stories. "The Dancing Dog" by Kenneth Robeson (Doc Savage novelist) follows prizefighter Ed Stone, who plants a billfold on a fat stranger named Napoleon Bonaparte in a subway car, then alerts police to arrest him as a pickpocket—a scheme to manage his broke condition. "No Time to Fool" by Theodore Tinsley features Carrie Cashin conducting a rapid criminal cleanup. "The Silver Venus" by Maxwell Grant involves magician Norgil unable to prevent an object from becoming something horrible. "Monkey Man" by Mark Harper depicts homicide detectives trapping a butcher. "Camera Kill" by Frank Gruber involves the Racket Man confronting death photographers. "Blood Arrow" by Norvell W. Page sends the Death Angel into Chinatown's deadly hallways pursuing a kidnapper. "Smoked Out" by Laurence Donovan presents death aboard a train. The issue concludes with a nonfiction piece on Customs agents. All stories are original; no reprints used.
