Pulp Magazine Cover, 1959

· September 1959

This document is not a pulp magazine but rather a Project 10073 Record Card—a UFO sighting report form, likely from the U.S. Air Force's Project Blue Book investigation program (circa 1952). The card documents a ground-visual observation of multiple luminous objects. The sighting involved round, flare-like objects with tail-like features, described as white and roughly nickel-sized at arm's length, arranged initially in two rows of three, then shifting to a "V" formation of five before reducing to four and disappearing sequentially. The observation lasted approximately ten minutes. The investigator's conclusion, marked "Probably Astronomical," suggests the witnesses likely observed a meteor during atmospheric conditions creating optical illusions of movement or perspective. The heavily degraded OCR makes portions of the observer information and additional notes illegible.
