This document is not a pulp magazine but a UFO sighting report form (AIOSP Form 5, dated October 15, 1954). The index card records a July 1956 ground-visual observation near Gullport, Michigan. A single object, estimated at fifteen feet in length, was observed for two minutes by a mother and daughter. The object moved eastward while ascending, with no noted glass, markings, exhaust, sound, or identifying details. The investigator concluded the sighting was likely a balloon, attributing the eastward movement and ascent to prevailing westerly winds at the time of observation. Investigation was authorized but the conclusion suggests balloon identification based on meteorological data.
