This document is not a pulp magazine issue, but rather a declassified USAF Project 10073 (Blue Book) record from 1954-1955 containing official reports of unidentified flying object sightings. The material includes standardized investigative forms analyzing UFO observations by military personnel, primarily Air Force pilots and crew members. Reports detail sightings with specific coordinates, altitudes, times, and physical descriptions. Witnesses include Lieutenant Donald Saff and other personnel observed at numerous locations including Pasco Washington, Okinawa, Texas, Missouri, Maryland, California, and Korea. The sightings document observed objects that split into multiple sections, maintained stationary positions, and exhibited unusual flight characteristics at altitudes between 31,000 and 73,000 feet. Project 10073 investigators evaluated whether sightings represented balloons, aircraft, astronomical phenomena, or genuinely unidentified objects. Weather data, radar contact attempts, and photographic evidence were considered in analyses attempting to determine the nature of reported incidents.
