It shows a dried plant — Buddleja stachyoides — mounted on archival paper with collector's labels identifying it as part of Dr. E. Hassler's Plantae Paraguarienses series, specimen no. 2133, from central Paraguay. The Natural History Museum, London (BM) holds the sheet. No satirical tradition, printmaking technique, or caricature content is present or can be responsibly invented for this object.
