Kevin Shinick
Kevin Shinick (born March 19, 1969) is an American writer and producer who has worked across television and comics. He is best known in comics for his work on Marvel and DC titles, particularly W.E.B. of Spider-Man, The Flash, and Superior Carnage. Shinick entered the industry after establishing himself in animation, winning an Emmy for his work on *Robot Chicken* and earning an Emmy nomination for *Mad*. He later served as showrunner and supervising producer for Disney XD's *Spider-Man* series. His comic book career began in 2010, and he wrote stories featuring characters such as Hobgoblin and Clayface. Shinick also hosted the PBS series *Where in Time Is Carmen Sandiego?*, playing the ACME Time Net Squadron Leader. His collaborative projects include work with artists like Mike McKone and Ron Lim. Shinick's writing often balances humor and action, reflecting his animation background. He remains active in both mediums, contributing to the ongoing legacy of Spider-Man and other superhero franchises.
