Winnowill is an ancient elf of the High Ones' lineage who became the cold, manipulative healer-lord of Blue Mountain, a hidden aerie where the reclusive Glider elves dwell. Corruption of her formidable healing powers over millennia twisted her into a dangerous and sinister figure.
