A mysterious figure who stepped out of the shadows in Alyssa Wong and Martin Coccolo's 2023 Deadpool relaunch, The Horned Emperor is one of Marvel's newest and most intriguingly named modern villains. Debuting in a first issue already buzzing with dangerous company — Lord Deathstrike, Harrower, and Otto Octavius among them — this character arrived in a corner of the Marvel universe that clearly doesn't play it safe.
