Speedball is Robbie Baldwin, a teenager who gained the ability to generate kinetic energy bubbles after being exposed to an interdimensional energy field, allowing him to bounce off any surface with incredible force. He operates as a solo hero and New Warriors member.

Bouncing into the Marvel universe via Panini Deutschland's German-language releases of the late 1990s, this incarnation of Speedball arrived in Spider-Man #11 (1997) courtesy of Tom DeFalco, Todd DeZago, and Ron Lim.
