Sentry
A product of the Life Foundation's experiments with the Venom symbiote, this Sentry is one of several artificially spawned symbiote beings created to serve as super-powered protectors for the Foundation's survivalist compound, placing them in direct conflict with Venom.
Stepping out of the gritty, symbiote-soaked world of early '90s Marvel, Sentry made their debut in Venom: Lethal Protector #2 in 1993, brought to life by the celebrated team of David Michelinie and Mark Bagley. This is a character forged in the Copper/Modern Age, embedded in the darker, more visceral corner of the Marvel Universe where Eddie Brock and Venom prowl — serious company for any character to keep. With appearances spread across Venom: Sinner Takes All, Venom: The Hunted, and Venom: Lethal Protector, Sentry is a figure woven tightly into that mid-'90s Venom mythology, and for collectors who love that era's bold, kinetic storytelling, tracking down these appearances is a rewarding dive into one of Marvel's most distinctive runs.
