Scul is a villain who debuted in the Archie Comics TMNT universe, appearing in the 1991 Mighty Mutanimals Special as an extraterrestrial threat opposing the Turtles and their allies during the "Invasion from Space" storyline.

Scul burst onto the page in 1991, born from the creative minds of Dean Clarrain, Ken Mitchroney, and Garrett Ho during one of the most energetic eras of TMNT publishing — when Archie's comics were pushing the franchise into wild, imaginative territory all their own.
